 | Harden Shines in Gem Saturday, June 18th, 2011: Rich Harden had the Chicago Hitmen dancing to his tune today with a sparkling 4-0 shutout performance for the New Orleans Knights. He gave up 4 hits and collected 4 walks and 2 strikeouts. Chicago hitters were bewildered throughout the game by his delivery. The opposing manager said, "When you face a guy who hides the ball like he does, it takes a couple of at-bats to try to find his release point. We just never figured him out." So far this season Harden has a 5-7 record with a 3.99 ERA. |
